Our Story

We started Palm leaf living with the mission to provide the best vacation rental experience for our guests. Our Terra Lago property is our home away from home, and we hope you enjoy it as much as our family does!

This lakefront property accommodates 10 guests amid stunning lake and mountain views. Come experience the 8-foot-deep saltwater pool, 14-person spa, natural gas in ground fire feature that illuminates the lake beautifully at night, putting green, chaise lounges, custom designed mid-century modern lounge seating area, daybed, and lawn games. Dine alfresco with the Italian made outdoor dining table that seats 10 comfortably, and BBQ for cooking outdoors.  Watch fish, turtles, and ducks in the lake. Indulge in  breathtaking sunrises/sunsets on a stunning lakefront location with large lake frontage with one of the largest pool and spas on the lake! 


We pride ourselves on bringing you a well-stocked home with everything you could possibly need to have a rejuvenating and relaxing experience! As you cook and entertain, you can savor in  the fully stocked kitchen completely renovated with a waterfall quartz island, stainless appliances, and a beautiful large bay window with view of the lake and bridge.

The maximum occupancy for our rental is 10 guests.

Yes absolutely! We love hosting music lovers for some of the best festivals of the year in the country.  We are less than 6 miles from the Indio Polo Fields and are therefore an ideal location for festival goers. We are also on the shuttle service line (brief walk required). PLEASE NOTE that the line at the guard gate you are required to enter Terra Lago through can be extremely busy during festival time. We have seen lines at the gate of approximately 45 minutes at check in time. To account for this and assist you, we are happy to offer an earlier check in (when available) to allow you to hopefully avoid this entrance line. Please inquire prior to your stay. On festival weekends we will consider check in as early as 12 PM if available. Subject to availability of the home..

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests, 2 spaces in garage and 2 in driveway. There is absolutely no street parking overnight. Please no sprinter vans, boats or RV's. 

Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, pool and spa, outdoor lawn games, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.


Kitchen amenities: basic dining flatware, drink ware, dinnerware, and serve ware for both indoors and melamine for outdoors. Plenty of wine and champagne glasses, margarita glasses, etc. Full sets of cookware, cooking utensils, and accessories (can opener, wine openers, measuring equipment etc.).We also provide an upscale espresso maker, Keurig and coffee maker for you to enjoy any type of morning coffee that you desire. We provide many other cooking essentials and many small kitchen appliances.


Home supplies: You will have ample beginning supplies of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen cleaning, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, etc. for your stay. We provide all linens, towels and pool towels. We keep our house extremely well stocked, too much to list. Please ask us if you have questions regarding the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. Chances are we have it, and if not, we are happy to try to assist! We also enjoy leaving a welcome gift for guests! *Subject to change*


Pool heating/Spa heating: Please note our pool is not heated during November 1-March 1 without prior approval. Please remember our pool is very large compared to most “spools” in the area. Spa heat is included year-round and pool heat from March-October as needed.  If you desire pool heat during your stay during our not heated months,  it is an additional $100 per day charged for each day of your reservation. Please note there is no profit in this charge, and it is the minimum cost for natural gas heat on this pool (typically weather dependent, it can easily exceed this cost). The maximum heat for pool is 86 degrees and spa is 102 degrees.  

All fishing is suspended on the lake currently for concerns of health of the fish, there are fines for fishing.. Please do not fish! There is absolutely no swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or any other activity allowed on the lake for short term rental guests. Swimming can be hazardous to your health. Please enjoy the spectacular views from the comfort of your backyard!
